Ordered upgrade last Friday - was offered a 2 hour time slot for Saturday.
No phone Saturday and no confirmation email.
Phoned customer services who confirmed order. Fine.
Still no email and no phone.
Can't track order
Can't wait for over an hour as have work/home school to supervise.
Can't get in touch with ee.

Just double checked bank account and payment has gone through.

unfortunately here on the community there isnt any account access.
if you click on the link below you will be able to track your upgrade order.
If the Order Tracker doesn't display any information call freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to give you a update on your upgrade order.
