Upgrade problems

I’ve tried contacting ee via 150 twice this evening and I got cut off twice!! The second time i called I was told I would get called back if it happened again and I have yet to receive the call

I’m trying to spend my money with you and you’re making it VERY difficult! Haha 

I got a confirmation email last night about my upgrade order (new handset) but have heard nothing since

please don’t ask me to call 150 again. Order number: xko279675291

If the tracker doesnt display any information call 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.

The tracker doesn’t provide me with any information and and I suspect if I try calling again I’ll get cut off again

@RGibson1990 unfortunately here on the community there isnt account access if you call the 0800 number I provided from 8AM tomorrow morning a CSA will be able to assist you 🙂
