Was offer and refund for my account , opened a complaint , still no refund , had to upgrade to get the service I wanted , tryed to call a 0800 number this morning and found I’ve been bared , but was told these number been added to my price plan , bear in mine I pay £107 a month on this , and been on hold for 2:45 min , still on with the same adviser and still not put me though to complaints or cancellation team, still refusing me to speak to a manger or a complaints or cancellation team , (Shane from counterwaterford in Ireland ) But still being refused to do this , total disregard to what I want to put forward
