Hello,
I recently took out a contract for an iPad. Which is for an Apple Pencil I purchased. The iPad I wanted wasn’t in stock, and I was suggested a different one. The person via live chat verified that the iPad they suggested would work with the Apple Pencil. But when I received the item I tried it with the Apple Pencil and they were not compatible.
I am wondering whether I am still okay to return and end my contract even though I have opened/set up and used the iPad (to test the Apple Pencil).
I am still within the 14 day period but struggle to find anything online about the product actually being used/set up.
Thanks
Jessica

You may cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period even when you've opened the box & used the product.
