You can get a Perk discount by signing up on our Perk Portal, once signed up you will be given instructions.

Good evening

having now switched from phone contract to SIM only within store, I notice that my Perk has been removed but everything actioned on the account. I now have a new Perk code but it doesn’t allow you to add to the account without upgrading etc. Can this be resolved?
