network unlock my phone but imei is not recognised by EE

Hi

 

I have samsung S20+ I am trying to unlock my phone to use another sim however when I am trying to fill form EE does not recognise the IMEI number. I have purchased the phone direct from EE so do not understand why I am having this issue. Could you please have a look into this for me

@zeekhaliq  This is a public forum that doesn’t have access to your EE account, you’ll have to call customer services about this.

 

just to check you are putting the IMEI of the physical Sim slot ?  do not put the eSim slot.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
