interchanging different network SIMs in my unlocked phone

Hi

I have a Samsung A41.  I use an EE SIM only service.

I want occasionally to use a Vodafone SIM only card with a different phone number.

Can I interchange them freely? Or will it mess up the operation of my EE SIM?

Thanks. Stephen

@stephen65  You should be able to change the Sims with no issues at all.

Hi @stephen65

Thanks for coming to the community.

Providing your handset is unlocked there should be no issues with inserting a different network SIM occasionally.

Hi @stephen65

The only consideration is a practical one. That is, SIMs are small objects and the SIM tray isn't intended for frequent in/out which - if you change SIMs frequently, then physical damage may eventually occur.

@bristolian   Thanks. That's helpful.  The Samsung A41 is dual SIM so I wont need to swap over a lot.  I was just worried that one network might wrench control of the phone.  (Paranoia : 🙂??)

Hi @Chris_B   Thanks a lot. That's helpful. I was concerned that Vodafone might seize control and not allow reversion to EE without a lot of waiting on EE helplines
