How to Transfer number

I have just moved from O2 to EE I order my phone on Tuesday and when going through the process it asked me then if I wanted to Transfer my number which I did. So I got a PAC code from O2 and entered it then along with the number I wanted to keep.

 

I have received my phone today 2 working days later and my old number isn't on my new phone and I can't see anything about the number being transferred.

@Jamie2699  Your number will port across once you have activated the EE sim it’ll then take around 24 hours to port.   To activate the EE sim just put it in your EE device and allow up to 24 hours, try restarting the device a few times.
