I just got my new iPhone and can’t set up iTunes music as it says I need to pay but I have it on my account for free. Help please

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 who'll be able to check your account is set up properly.

@Matthew1990  It’s only on your account but you still need to activate it.  You do this by texting MUSIC to 150 and use the link in the return message. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Says I have used my free trial and ended yesterday

What shows as active within your My EE?

It says I have Apple Music as my special benefit but they are saying I still have 2 pay for it
Always thought Apple Music would be free with a Apple phone
