Charge to Bill not Refreshed on Bill date

Hi

 

Can anyone help, I currently have Mobile Phone set as Payment method in iTunes for various subscriptions as well as using BOKU.

 

This has now stopped working and a message says charge to bill limit reached and will reset on my bill date which was 24/08/2021 and the bill paid on 01/09/2021, however the message is still there and the refresh ha not happened.

 

I am aware of the £240 cap on this, but never had this issue before and the amount has always refreshed on the billing date,
