Dear Sir/ Madam i am writing to you regarding that i am leaving E e and going to a new supplier could you please tell me when my final bill and disconnection charge will happen e.g what date it will go out if it is going to be a direct debit or a paper bill because i am on benifits so i need to plan things out. If possible can you set a plan so i can pay in installments so i dont cause any problems with my bank account and cause me to go overdrawn kind regards Mr xxxxx xxxxxx

@mcbrian12345 : This user discussion forum is not the means of serving formal notification upon EE & can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS. 

 

Anyway when migrating your BB to TT you do not contact EE. TT should take care of everything bar your final bill with EE. Openreach will dictate the timing of everything. EE will just follow.

 

Have you spoken with TT? They should tell you what to expect. Have they?

Dear Sir/Madam i am writing to you because i am leave ee on 16/11/21 i have a direct debit set up with you could you please tell me if i can pay my final bill and disconnection charges in installments as i am on Universal Credit and i dont want accure bank charges kind regards Mr B.McCall

@mcbrian12345 : You need to discuss the possibility of a repayment plan with CS urgently - see Help if you can't pay your bill
