iPhone 13 pre-order but no confirmation

I ordered the the 13 pro max online last Saturday via trade in option but I then decided against trading in as I could get the same discount as a student. I was advised to cancel my order and then re-order online with my student discount which was all fine. I then received a call a few days later and was offered a better deal by CS over the phone and I chose to accept, so once again my order was cancelled and CS put my new order through again (over the phone). This was on Tuesday and I was then advised I should still receive the new phone on Friday (tomorrow). To date I still haven’t received email or text confirmation with my new order number, leaving me no way of tracking my order and I’m now worried something has went wrong. 

I have cancelled my contract with my old provider and am starting new with EE so I can’t even check my order on an EE account as I don’t have one yet. 

Is anyone able to help with this? I just need to know my order has actually went through and the details so I can track it.

The only way would be to contact ee


they don’t have access to orders on here. 
Have you got the DPD app? Mine showed up on there at 7am and I didn’t get a text until 7pm from ee saying it had been dispatched.

usually DPD app picks up the order by your email address/number

I have DPD app but there’s nothing on there either so it is a bit worrying.

 

I guess I’ll need to call CS tomorrow morning.

 

I don’t have any order/reference numbers due to receiving no order confirmation unfortunately.

I phoned about this yesterday - which isn’t easy getting an EE CS number that works for me, since I don’t yet have an EE mobile number - but the order reference number I have is 13 digits long instead of the 12 digits should be. I’m still not able to track my order. On the tracker it just says I have the wrong reference number. Does anyone know how I go about getting the correct and up to date order reference? 

Or do I have to try my luck at phoning them… again?

 

I was also told my phone could take up to 21 days (maybe more) to be delivered so my PAC will run out by then and I’ll have to pay another month with my current provider.
