Hi there was wondering if the early upgrade fee gets wavered when you trade in your current watch just went online and through to processing page and it takes off 200 leaving 20 to pay up front for the watch aswell as early upgrade fee of 71 pounds would someone be able to clarify this please thank you 😁

@Jakeb13 no it doesn’t if it’s not advertised as such. You are already having £200 off for trading it.

I get the 200 pound off offer so would that mean paying the extra that the watch would be payed off and its just the contract to pay for monthly?

Hi @Jakeb13.
An early upgrade fee and an upfront cost are slightly different things.
The early upgrade fee would need to be paid to make you eligible to upgrade today.
It's great that you're getting £200 off the upfront cost, so you will now just pay the monthly cost as normal.

I understand that but if I'm trading in my old watch to get a new one surely its not 200 pound off as I'm giving them back a 200 pound watch in essence when you trade back phones they normally waver the early upgrade fee depending how far you are into contract so was wondering why this is different with the watches?

@Jakeb13 How far are you into your current watch contract? as watch contracts are 24 months.
