On the 24th of October I upgraded my current phone to the IPhone 12 pro gold 128GB which I was told was going to be delivered to the EE store I upgraded at. I was told that it would take up to 14 days but that takes it up to this Saturday and due to the new lockdown the store will have to close on Thursday. My question is how can I get my new IPhone 12 pro if the store is closed. Can I change it so I can get it delivered to my home instead?

Having exactly the same dilemma
so I spoke to EE on Sunday
they said that if the store has to close they will convert all shop deliveries to home delivery
but this was very early days since the announcement and yet to see anything official.

That is fine. However, yesterday I had an estimated delivery date between 18th and the 23rd of November and now it is back to awaiting confirmation. It has been a month now since I ordered this phone. Any ideas on when I will be getting it please?
