iPhone 12 and 12 Pro preorder thread

Saw that there was an XS/XS Max thread back in 2018 and fancied seeing if anyone would respond to a new one for the iPhone 12 preorders!

 

Ordered myself an 128GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue, albeit it with minimal photos showing the new colour so I'm a little nervous as someone who's gone Silver for the past few years.

 

Order is currently sat at Order Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date but I hope this evening (as per previous years) it changes to delivery for Friday.

 

What phones and experiences has everyone else had this year?

It does not let me on the web chat it said sorry we are unable to assist you . Does this happen to you

choose the option to discuss account/bill or device; worst case I go through them all and they just transfer you to the relevant department.

I also forgot to mention they credited my account by £10 also as some form of compensation; I hope you’ll get this treatment also

Cheers, doesnt seem to work for me. It might be becuase im on VPN server based in ROI 😞 

I can’t even find the chat option on ee website: usually it pops up but nothing Everytime I’ve logged in

even when you can get there it just tells u that they cant help

@Daveyydoo85 https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/get-in-touch Choose “Let’s Chat 💬 ” and go through the options on customer service (some are currently out of service as I believe they’re on a skeleton staffing scheme) They’ll put you through to the right area when you make your query though no doubt. Hope this helps!

Anyone still has issues with being given the 10 digits order number, but not being able to track neither on DPD nor on EE tracker?
