Saw that there was an XS/XS Max thread back in 2018 and fancied seeing if anyone would respond to a new one for the iPhone 12 preorders!
Ordered myself an 128GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue, albeit it with minimal photos showing the new colour so I'm a little nervous as someone who's gone Silver for the past few years.
Order is currently sat at Order Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date but I hope this evening (as per previous years) it changes to delivery for Friday.
What phones and experiences has everyone else had this year?

Anyone had notifications of delivery? I ordered the iPhone 12 pro Gold 128gb on 26th October with 'expect dispatch within 14 days'. 14 days have passed and still had nothing other than confirmation of my order...

I rang them today as I ordered on the 28th and it said 14 days (this Wednesday so I wanted to know if I needed to be in). The EE advisor said that's impossible and that they've always operated on a 21 day wait time for these phones! He wouldn't believe me when I said that it said online 14 days 😩

I have same problem ordered phone in shop on 26 October had a txt saying delivery between 09/11 and 14/11 then this morning logged on and it said awaiting confirmation spoke with we this morning unfortunately the person I spoke to didn’t have a clue so awaiting response from ee now very disappointed with service at this time

I ordered my iphone 12 pro 128gb gold on the phone on the 23rd. Although I was told 14 days for delivery and that is now well past I think that’s what they genuinely thought at the time.
My tracker has been updated to ‘Good news, your order is coming soon’ but no date etc... yet. It looks like the gold, in particular, is very in demand / short of stock, as are the 128gb models. So I guess it’s just a waiting game.
Hoping it’ll be here by the end of the weekend (23 days after ordering) but not holding out a lot of hope. Oh well, it is what it is. I blame Apple not EE, all the other carriers are having stock issues too, so are Curry’s, Amazon, Argos etc etc..

My dashboard now says delivery 25-30 November for iPhone 12 pro gold 128gb. But I've just had an email to say they're sending the package to return my old phone, which must be given back by 24th November or I incur a £330 charge. How can they expect me to wait up to 6 days with no phone?! Anyone else in the same boat?

Hey!
You will get a text saying to ignore the messages as they know you can't send it back before you get your new device.
You get a week after your device is dispatched.
If you don't get a text then give them a call / message before the deadline day

I cancelled my order from the 25th for the iPhone 12 Pro - 128Gold and went with the Pro Max.. no upfront fees, exactly the same price on the full works plan over the phone 🤙🏼 Just makes sense! Est 13th Nov

Returned my iPhone 12 Pro today to get the max, works out same £50 upfront and £4 extra per month!

I've had an Iphone 12 pro gold 128gb on order since 26 October, originally with 14-day expected delivery. Two weeks ago the tracker updated to say expected delivery 25-30 November, and just today it's now gone back to 'Awaiting confirmation'. Anyone else in the same boat?! I'm getting fed up now
