iPhone 12 and 12 Pro preorder thread

Saw that there was an XS/XS Max thread back in 2018 and fancied seeing if anyone would respond to a new one for the iPhone 12 preorders!

Ordered myself an 128GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue, albeit it with minimal photos showing the new colour so I'm a little nervous as someone who's gone Silver for the past few years.

Order is currently sat at Order Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date but I hope this evening (as per previous years) it changes to delivery for Friday.

What phones and experiences has everyone else had this year?

I’m in the same boat , I have ordered more recent but it states no money will be taken until the new phone is dispatched ? Yet my early upgrade fee & upfront cost came out my bank a few days ago & also my phone bill has came pot 10 days earlier than usual ? 🤣🙃

I called up today to cancel my order ( iPhone 12 Gold 128GB ).

It got despatched but i got sick of waiting so declined the DPD offer to deliver.

I instead ordered the iphone 11 pro 256gb silver full works plan with all smart benefits for £62 a month because I’m a BT customer so got 20% off.

Additionally i saved money because i ordered the good as new iPhone rather than new so saved a further £5 off.

If you’re wondering why i went for last years model.

I was waiting for the iPhone 12 Pro in Gold (two weeks today) without any updates; I decided to call EE today and switched to the iPhone 12 Pro Max; exact same deal.. exact same price; no upfront cost - best decision I’ve made
