I was just wondering if anyone could let me know how long it took them to receive their iPhone 12 Pro Max after ordering it online, please?

I understand but in the recent comments EE were able to provide an estimate based on the model and date it was ordered. Weeks? Months?

This is now day 37, I’ve had no timescale given at all for the delivery of my phone, so I’m all honesty I wouldn’t get your hopes up, I just get a weekly email saying “order on track” or “order coming soon” and it has been this way for the last 5 weeks.

Sorry James but we are sick and tired of hearing the same monotonous lines. It’s gone way beyond a joke and EE need to take accountability for their poor decision making and lies told by the sales teams. Compensation needs to be made.
