Has anyone else ordered an iPhone 11 in the last few days? I ordered one Friday, to be told it’ll come Monday. I recieved no communication to say otherwise, it never arrived. So I contacted EE to be told they’d run out of stock. I reordered it in another colour, said it would be in 14 days as no stock available, however I’ve now checked online and it says there is stock available again, yet it’s still going to be 14 days. Has anyone else had the same issue? Obviously if they had no stock Id understand, but I was assured I’d receive it Monday. And then had no confirmation of it after the order. So I couldn’t even track it, waiting in all day on pins. And then to be told they won’t get stock for 14 days, but online it says it’s in stock.. hoping others are in the same boat, I have been gifted £10 from EE towards upfront cost due to the error they made.

mine still hasn’t arrived and we have heard nothing. the tracker still says awaiting confirmation but i’ve contacted customer service twice and both times they said it’s at the warehouse waiting to be picked up by a delivery service!!
