iPhone 11 delivery issues

Has anyone else ordered an iPhone 11 in the last few days? I ordered one Friday, to be told it’ll come Monday. I recieved no communication to say otherwise, it never arrived. So I contacted EE to be told they’d run out of stock. I reordered it in another colour, said it would be in 14 days as no stock available, however I’ve now checked online and it says there is stock available again, yet it’s still going to be 14 days. Has anyone else had the same issue? Obviously if they had no stock Id understand, but I was assured I’d receive it Monday. And then had no confirmation of it after the order. So I couldn’t even track it, waiting in all day on pins. And then to be told they won’t get stock for 14 days, but online it says it’s in stock.. hoping others are in the same boat, I have been gifted £10 from EE towards upfront cost due to the error they made.

Have you checked our online order tracker to get an update on your order?

 

DPD will send you a text when it is ready to be delivered.

i ordered an iphone 11 a few days ago whilst it was out of stock, the lady on the phone said it would be around two weeks until there would be stock again but was assured that as soon as there is stock, i’ll get my phone asap. 

i just checked the website and that particular phone is back in stock. 

but i haven’t received an email or anything telling me. will i get my phone soon? surely if people can buy it for next day delivery now then i can get mine that i have already bought as a back order?

omg yes me too!!!! i ordered the purple one and they said it was out of stock but i would get it as soon as there was stock available. now on the website it’s back in stock yet i have had no email or anything letting me know. surely if they’re in stock on the website then we can get ours?!?

Yes I have checked the online tracker, still no movement! 

I’m still waiting too, no movement on the tracker nothing!

If there hasn't been any movement, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can give you an update.

Phone customer service, they should be able to help, they’ve told me I’m getting mine on Friday!
