hi i placed a order with u on Friday I had no updates could u check with the ref number I have please

How did you place your order for your upgrade/ new connection? Was it on our EE Shop?

 

I can see that you have your order reference number. You can use this with your email address to track your order online.

 

Once you order is ready to dispatch, you will receive a text from DPD with your delivery information.
