full cover with free screen protection bundle, phone arrived but no bundle?

Hi, I received my new phone but should also be receiving a free screen protection bundle as I took out full cover, any idea when this will arrive?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

As @Northerner has mentioned, you will usually receive the bundle within 14 days of taking the cover.
Let us know if you don't get it within the 14 days.

I’ve had my phone for over two weeks now and still not received my screen protector or case and have had little help from the customer services on the phone. Does anyone know how to sort this?
