I upgraded to the new Google Pixel on the 17th and was told by email that I would receive it when it's released today (24th). I've not had any texts to show my order is progressing at all and my order number won't work in the order tracker. I can't see any proof on my account that I've upgraded besides an email with an order number.
Any idea where it's up to and if its even being processed yet?

Hi,
As stated in my original message, the order tracker won't work with my order number, it doesn't seem to recognise it.

@Adzco A order number is not a tracking number.

On the tracker screen it asks for an order reference number. This is the only number I have received. Where would I find a 'tracking number?
