New phone arrived - no screen protector or phone case as included

Ordered a new phone - which arrived promptly - included in the package with insurace was Minute One Screen Protector and Case Bundle - iPhone 11- this did not arrive - does anyone know if this comes separately or has been forgotten?

@sa92Fee   It should of arrived with it unless it was out of stock,  you’ll need to call customer services about this.
