Hi,
I have upgraded to a new contract and, as part of the upgrade, I am trading in my old phone. I received my new phone last Fri after upgrading on the Thurs, but I am yet to receive the prepaid envelope to send my old handset in. I am a little concerned as I have read that if EE do not receive my old phone after 14 days, I will have to pay the full cost for my new handset as the trade in will be considered void.

@Robin1982 until EE send you the returns package I wouldn’t be concerned at all on the simple fact is you cannot just return the device yourself with out the return package. This package will have a unique code that would be relevant to you so EE know who sent the device back. You could try call customer services to chase this up.
