I’ve had my ee phone for nearly two weeks now and I was told my old EE number would be transferred over straight away . It still hasn’t been done . I was told that ee would sort it and I didn’t need to take any action . Is there a way this can be done ASAP without calling ??

If you did a pay-monthly upgrade, then you can simply insert your previous SIM into your new phone and continue using it as normal.
If, for whatever reason, you can't do this, the upgrade phone should have come supplied with a replacement multi-SIM which you can activate online here to transfer your number over to it.
If these new phones weren't upgrades, what were they?
