Missing item from order

Hello, I upgraded my EE plan and with my order I chose a protective case and screen protector.  My new phone has arrived but the other items are not with it.

@charisfl   You’ll have to call customer services about this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Was it an Google Pixel 4a by any chance?

Same happened me and when I contacted EE, they said it wasn't available for my phone (only the 5G version). I am still waiting for the refund...

I tired ringing customer services but had no idea what menu option to select? 

No it was the iPhone 12 pro max, which is apparently easily scratched 🤦🏼‍♀️ Oh no how long ago was that?? @NOidentity 

About a week so I'm still hoping it's pending !

I tapped the options for upgrades as that's what it relates to?
