friends and family voucher not working

When I enter my F&F code, it's saying "Voucher not valid".

Does anyone know why this could be and what i can do to get it working.
It's no good calling Customer Services as I've tried that and they just tell me it's an "online only" redemption!!!! Frustrated!!!

Thanks for the reply.

I go the code today from my brother-in-law who works for openreach.

 

I don't believe I have any discounts already as it's an upgrade and the contract actually runs out 7th December

The terms of the discount do advise you would need to be out of contract to use the friends and family code. 

 

If you can try this again when you are out of contract and let me know how you get on?

The plan is for a New iPhone 13 "Essential Plan"

That makes sense to be honest.
It's just that when I log into MyEE, it says "Upgrade Now".

 

I'll wait another month.

Hi,

My plan has now lapsed and I still can't upgrade. Either with or without my FandF discount.
Site keeps saying "Sorry, there seems to be no plans available"

Soooooo annoying!
