Family & Friends Code Not Working

Hi,

 

I have 2 lines on my account and wish to upgrade the added line, my original line has a F&F discount already applied.

 

When I try to apply the recently acquired code to the upgrade order there is an error message to say I have not met the conditions of the code on the new order.

 

Any ideas?

Welcome to the EE Community. 

 

When you are trying to upgrade does the added line have an additional line discount?

 

This should show in a break down of the plan in your basket.

Hi Katie,

 

Yes the line has a £6.28 discount on it that I had on the £15.00 sim only plan.

 

I would have assumed that this would have cancelled if I upgraded to a phone + plan.
