double date not showing on my allowance

I have purchased a 50gb mini mifi with double data but only 50gb is showing on my allowance when it should be 100gb.  I have checked my order confirmation which says 100gb.  Is this normal for double data pay monthly?

Any help or good ways to contact EE? (site says not to phone)

@sarahwakeford   You can phone you just need to be patient when calling.  Just don’t hang up. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’m not getting double data I paid for 80gb to 160 I’m only seeing 100
