My EE Problem

ccllrr
Explorer

I moved from PAYG to a Sim Only '5G SIM plan 24m 120GB' and agreed a price of £16 per month. I've had a lot of problems with my account since (being charged for texts, discount not applied etc etc, the person who set it up made a 'huge mess' according to the last person I spoke to at EE), however I'm told these issues should now be resolved.

On the Usage page in My EE, why are my unlimited texts and calls showing as 'Unidentified allowance - this is not shared'? See screenshot attached, is this normal?

Well, it's true. Only data can be shared, not mins nor texts.

I know this, but why is it showing as Unidentified Allowance?

Hi @ccllrr,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Do you see this when you log into My EE on the web, or just in the app?

James

I'm on the same plan, and I get exactly the same thing showing. Both on web and in the app.
