I have finished paying for my tablet, alongside my mobile. I pay by DD and the new monthly DD reflects that I am paying only for the mobile. But I cannot seem to use the tablet out of my home - is that because I have no data allowance on it? Do I need to have a new contract for the tablet just to use it away from home? Thank you for your help. Janine

Hi @janine10
If I am understanding your post correctly, you have cancelled your tablet's mobile data subscription and are only now paying for a mobile phone plan.
If so, then your tablet will not have a mobile data facility so will only work using WiFi.
You may be able to use your mobile as a WiFi hotspot that your tablet connects to, or you could potentially have a SIM-only plan for your tablet.

@janine10 until you give notice to terminate any contract on EE it will change to a 30 day rolling contract once it reaches the minimum term.
