Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? If you're PAYG, simply go and buy whatever phone you want and put your existing SIM into it.
If you're pay-monthly, how long have you had your current phone for? Given the A21s is quite a recent model, I'm assuming you're still within your minimum contractual term but where did you buy it from and have you had it less than 14days?

I'm pay monthly and I've had it a few months now but I cant get on with it I'm too used to iPhones and when i first had this phone it was switching off and on for no reason I'd much preferred getting an iPhone

In which case, you are contractually bound to your minimum term, most likely 2 years.
The only workaround would be to find a phone you want, pay the (potentially substantial) upgrade fee, and hope to recoup some of the cost by selling your existing phone privately.
There may be complications 're ownership of the device if you've had it less than 6months. There's certainly a 6month lockout so far as unlocking for use on another network is concerned.
