credit check issues maybe?

ok im still waiting for news of my order i placed on Tuesday. i received the email with the ref XKN...... but im guessing thats just a standard email that everyone gets, ive not been told wether i passed the credit check or if im being given my contract or anything.   how do you i know if be accepted or declined?   thought i would hear by now, do i assume ive been refused as not heard anything?

finally got hold of someone only to be told my order was canceled and not processed at all. what awful customer service, now been excepted with vodafone instead and only took then 20mins to tell me my phone will be delivered saturday

You will have passed the credit check as you have been issued with an XKN ref. which is your order no. EE will be working towards fulfilling your order.

just rather confusing as not been told either way wether passed checks or not, when i ordered it said phone will be dispatched within 48hours but been over that now and no word

Did you place the order on our online shop?

 

The XKN number you have received confirms that EE have received your order.

 

If our sales team cannot process the order, they will contact you to discuss.

 

Once your order has been processed by our team, you will receive confirmation of this via text or email with a 00 order number.

 

Our customer service team will be able to check your account for more information 🙂

I've ordered a phone and I Got an email saying Successful EE order ref: xko , does that mean I passed the credit check?
