DPD driver attempted delivery to next door

I received a notification this morning that a delivery had been attempted, along with a photo of my neighbours house! I wanted the driver to come back but there is nothing i can do to contact him.  

Just terrible service, and I now need to wait for a new deliver date and time.  What's the point of that when the driver cannot deliver to the correct address.  Absolutely fuming as there is not way contact anyone or do anything about it until 9am.

Please stop using DPD they clearly employ people who do not know how to deliver things to the correct address.

I have tried, however all the offer before 9am is automated responses and no way of contacting the driver directly. I will try again at 9am when they are due to open.

I tried to speak to DPD, but could not find any contact information to speak to an actual human. It was just automated responses with no option to speak to anyone in person. There may be a number somewhere, however the one they display on their website that I called only takes you through the same automation options. So I spoke to EE customer support, who have liaised with DPD to confirm they will deliver to the correct address on Monday. So fingers crossed for then.
