New sim only contract problems

Hiya, 


I have now tried to signup for a EE contract sim only using a NHS discount code 3 times and each time I get the same message telling me I’m already a existing customer and then my discount becomes invalid saying it’s already been used and my basket disappears so I can’t complete order.

 

Is this a glitch in the system because I only have 1 more code to use and I don’t want to mess it up? All I want is to sign up to a sim only deal using a discount and that’s it 

 

Iv been with o2 for 15 years so no idea why it’s telling me I’m already a EE customer
