Hi All,

 

Anyone having issues with there orders??

 

I ordered iPhone 13 pro, sierra blue, 128 on Sunday and paid the upfront cost which has been taken out of my account. I received an email of the order at the time, but have had nothing since. No confirmation or approximate delivery dates from EE or acknowledgement. Poor communication I think. 

 

I have attempted tracking however there was no information.

 

any ideas where to go with this?

Hi @Ma-rk12 

 

Delivery at best is 28 days. On Apple site it says 21st December so that gives you an idea. 

 

Until manufacturing and shipping are back to normal in late 2022 then expect delays with high end electronics.
