Not a great start to join the EE family.
Arranged a new customer order for iphone13. Ordered via my works discount - deposit paid. Order placed and confirmed but No confirmation email received and the contact number didn't work! Great start!
As nothing heard for over a week spent an arduous 1 hour in the queue to speak to an advisor.
Was told the system didn't properly build my account correctly!
Advisor was great no issues with her.
Email confirmation sent advising order placed and delivery was for today.
Waited in ALL day for DPD - nothing not even a text.
Like I said great start to joining EE!
So tomorrow will be spent in another queue to speak to a human being and ask what is going on!!

There are many threads on the forum regarding these delays. .
There are no iPhone 13 as they are in very short supply becase of world issues which are still ongoing. Keep checking EE order tracking:

At best your delivery is at least 28 days and DPD will text and email you with an hourly delivery slot when EE can complete your order.
