change sim plan but my 20% discount code is not valid

I would like to change my sim plan but my 20% discount code is not valid when I select the plan I want.

@rose_thyme  does the plan you’re choosing already have a discount on it ?  If it does you can not apply a 2nd discount to it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Which plan are you trying to choose? If you select a different plan, does it work?

 

If you're connected to a VPN, could you try without it activated?
