I have just set up a 4GEE home router in my home. Using fast.com it reports a speed of 73Mbps. My phone on EE 4G reports speeds of 230Mbps.
Is there a bedding-in period for the router or do I have a duff one or does it need patching?
TIA

forgot to add - the router is showing 4 lights on the 4G signal indicator

Hi @mcdona22
Thanks for coming to the community.
Is the SIM card in the router pay monthly or pay as you go?
Can you try the SIM in the EE phone and see if the speeds are the same?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Were you able to try using the phone SIM in the router, @mcdona22?
Just to see if you get similar speeds.
