4G download speeds half the upload speeds

I have been using EE 4G broadband for about 4 years now (3 years under Virgin) and 1 year with EE direct. I live out in the countryside and can't get more than 1.5Mbps on phone line and originally via 4G used to be able to get 40Mbps down and 20 Mbps...

Scratched screen

As part of the new samsung deal, it requires i trade in my old s10.  it has a very slight small scratch which you can hardly see. Will this matter?

I confirmed my upgrade 31/12/2020 Samsung 12 nearly newi was advised I would hear back when being delivered and was advised a timeframe of up to 7 days but have not heard back in 2 weeks. Can you help when I will receive my order?
