Hi,
Well i have just ordered the s21 ultra, my concern is I am switching from the s20 ultra to the s21 ultra I have an esim which the agent said they can just email across, but after reading the forum it sounds like a pack needs to be sent out.
Please can someone clear this up, I don't want to get the phone then be unable to use it!!
Should I just order a replacement sim ?

@Dave6018 If you request a replacement Sim now you can stick that into your current phone as soon as you get it and and then in to your new device when you get that, eSims at the moment are more hassle than they’re worth.

@Dave6018 Until it’s possible to generate a eSIM QR code within your own online EE account for you to use they’re not worth it. Even if you can have one emailed to you you still have to call customer services to request that and then you have to wait for it. ( that’s not possible also at the moment)
