I confirmed my upgrade 31/12/2020 Samsung 12 nearly new

i was advised I would hear back when being delivered and was advised a timeframe of up to 7 days but have not heard back in 2 weeks. Can you help when I will receive my order?

It was a 64gb black iPhone 12, the “almost new “ or “good as new” option.
