Trade in question

I traded in my phone with my upgrade brightstar have recieved phone this was thursday ive asked for an update they told me contact ee , ive done all that but no help i need to know how long it takes for them to credit the money

Data after bill

Had a 80% data warning then phone restriction as I was late paying my bill once paid all went back to normal but now it says my data is at 100% even though I paid my bill like 2 days ago and no way have I got through 50gb of data in two days 

Cancel data add on?

If I have an unlimited data add on and cancel this so I don’t get charged for the next month, can I still use the data until the next billing date? Thanks

pack has not renewed 2n day!!

I have 15 pounds credit, but pack has not renewed. The same issue with my wife's phone!  So two days without calls and internet - wow, just wow! And yes - we tried NOW and BA on 150.... reboot does not work as well.  How come, EE?

Resolved! Wifi cuts out at night

Hi recently my wifi keeps cutting out every night at around 1 am but goes back up in the morning hours later. The hub it self has a red light consistently glowing on it and I’ve check all the wires to ensure it’s plugged in right, can someone explain...
