pack has not renewed 2n day!!

I have 15 pounds credit, but pack has not renewed. 
The same issue with my wife's phone!  So two days without calls and internet - wow, just wow! 

And yes - we tried NOW and BA on 150.... reboot does not work as well. 

 

How come, EE?

It is  £15 pack.
