BT Sport ultimate app

I have BT sport ultimate on my phone through my contract as a benefit. Can I use the same logins for the bt sport app on my TV or Nvidia shield so I can watch in 4k?

ee is sending offers that I can upgrade my phone but I can not do anything online and the assistants write that I can but nothing changes, it is probably easier to switch to another company as they treat the customer like this after 10 years

Hi, tried to set up my plan for watch. It was said it would be activated within 4 hours but then it expired. I logged in to EE account and I can see the contract is active for the next 28 days. Any ideas?
