I traded in my phone with my upgrade brightstar have recieved phone this was thursday ive asked for an update they told me contact ee , ive done all that but no help i need to know how long it takes for them to credit the money

@Stacey661 If they received your device today (Thursday) it doesn’t mean it’s been looked (

processed) they’ve only received it. 

it’ll take around 3-5 days before you’ll receive payment. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

They recieved it last thursday sorry not today

If you don't receive anything today, I'd recommend getting back in touch with Brightstar on Monday to see if they have an update on this.
