Email address for EE

Is there an email address for EE customer services? I am awaiting a new SIM card so can’t call and also want to track my new phone that should be delivered today but I have had no updates.

Re: Downloading historic bills

Im looking to the "how do I download historic bills?" I don't want to incur the charge for obvious reasons. I see that I can do this for up to 24 months but I have no idea how this is achieved. Simple question IMHO.
