My 4g mini hub stops working after about 10 minutes

My mini hub just keeps cutting out after 10 or so minutes of use.  There is still data, I've not run out.The battery is at 80%.I have it where situated where it can get 4 bars. Starts out fine, then after about 10 minutes just cuts out. Red flashing ...

Resolved! Upgrade

Good morning hope someone can help me? I upgraded my phone yesterday and this morning I've received a email saying I need to phone 08000790531 with my xko number. And that they need more information from me. Do I need to do this???? 

Resolved! My EE broadband disconnects most nights around 10pm

Hi, Most nights around 10pm, can be 9:58pm or 10:05pm etc, my broadband disconnects. I am sure it is nothing in my house that is causing it. Just wondered if anyone else has this problem?

Gifting data

My husband and I have separate pay monthly accounts with EE.  He has my daughters phone on his account and can gift data to her, but he can't see how to gift data to me.   Please help!

Why do i have to factory reset my samsung s10 5g to unlock it?

So after being informed to unlock my phone all I had to do was send unlock to 150, this seems to be for Apple users.  After jumping through quite a lot of hoops I was informed that once I get the unlock code I have to factory reset my phone,  why??? ...
