My mini hub just keeps cutting out after 10 or so minutes of use.
There is still data, I've not run out.
The battery is at 80%.
I have it where situated where it can get 4 bars.
Starts out fine, then after about 10 minutes just cuts out.
Red flashing light.
I can't connect to reset it.
I need to power it off. leave it and try again later.
Very annoying, it's cut out in three meetings this week.
What is the problem, please?

Hi @JohnMorgan1
Welcome to the community.
How long have you had this problem for? Could you please check your postcode on our network status checker please?

Hi Chris,
I've had the hub for around 6 months, but only started using it regularly.
The area I'm in has 5G coverage.

OK thanks, @JohnMorgan1
Could you check the 'network' button on there, just to see if there are any maintenance works in your area?

OK, thanks for checking, @JohnMorgan1
Does anyone in your household have an EE mobile phone? If so, are their mobile internet services working OK?
